New Trailer for Transformers: Dark of the Moon; Plus Michael Bay and James Cameron Discuss 3-D
Paramount is definitely getting the word out about the upcoming Transformers sequel, Transformers: Dark of the Moon. This week has seen the release of not one, but two preview clips and an assortment of new still images to coincide with a two-day early, release date rescheduling.
Attached this weekend to the release of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is a new, 3-D trailer, which is much like the first full trailer Paramount released last month, just with a bit more footage revealed, as well as giving audiences a taste of what the movie will be like in 3-D. Of course, we can't reveal it in 3-D, but you can watch the 2-D version. (Note that what the trailer fails to mention is release date change for Dark of the Moon, which goes from from Friday, July 1st, to Wednesday, June 29th.)
Paramount has also released a featurette for Dark of the Moon that is comprised of a discussion about 3-D between director Michael Bay with his 3-D mentor, James Cameron.
